"Leadership laboratory" is the corporate training program for managers, HiPro and HiPo employees and participants of the Succession program. The duration of the program is six months. It provides comprehensive training for managers both in theory and in practical work. The project develops leadership thinking regarding yourselves as an individual, your team and business, increases awareness of your strengths and growth areas, and teaches to work effectively with tools, techniques and management methods as well.

High-quality training of management personnel directly affects the effectiveness of the implementation of the Company’s objectives and adaptation to change – thus, the internal training function came up with the idea of creating and implementing this project.
Objectives of the “Leadership Laboratory” program:
- to support line managers, especially those who have recently taken a leadership position and are facing the first issues in a new role.
- to improve competencies in terms of the strategic and operational management, as well as familiarize specialists with up-to-date personnel management technologies.
- to improve the productivity of line managers, provide them with both theoretical and practical knowledge, skills, algorithms and tools that will help them become a leader who inspires and leads.
Unexperienced and experienced managers, successors for leadership positions
December 2022 – January 2023:
- development of methodological materials for the “Leadership Laboratory” program;
- arrangement of a team of 12 internal trainers from among the HR department employees;
- completion of the” train-the-trainer” program by trainers.
January – February 2023: - drawing up lists of participants;
- development of an electronic course “Guide for Internal Trainers” for internal trainers on practical tools for carrying out online classes via the “Zoom” platform.
March 2023:
- teaching skills in public speaking and work with the “Zoom” platform for internal trainers;
- carrying out an organizational meeting with internal trainers; - creating a chat for quick response with trainers;
- testing participants and designing the schedule for 7 groups at the “R-Pharm Academy” as pre-training diagnostics.
April – August 2023 - 39 trainings were run in F2F and online formats. August 2023:
- a questionnaire was conducted and feedback of participants and internal trainers were analyzed;
-certificates were issued for graduates of the training program. September 2023
- based on the feedback collected the project was called successful and included in the annual training plan of the “R-Pharm Academy”.
October 2023 – review of the training plan for 2024 showed that 235 training applications were sent in.
The action plan for the Leadership Laboratory program was implemented fully, training attendance is 97%. All internal speakers were provided with methodological and moderation support.
A methodological base of materials created.
A total of 153 people were trained. The average score of training program satisfaction based on the feedback collected from participants is 5 (out of 5).
The average score of training program satisfaction based on the feedback collected from internal trainers worked in tandem is 5 (out of 5).
The trainers noted that they would be interested in going on participating in this project and that the training was comfortable for them.
The project awarded 3-rd place of the internal “ESG-projects” contest.
