Employees
As part of the preferential mortgage program, employees of En+ Group have a large selection of housing options for purchase. On preferential terms, they can purchase apartments in new buildings, on the secondary market, as well as a private house. An important innovation for 2022 was the possibility of purchasing a land plot with a residential building located on it, which is especially important for small towns and rural areas where company employees work, and this is more than 70 settlements. In addition, employees could finance the previously taken out mortgage. For the purchase of housing, the partner bank provides a loan at a rate of 9.5% per annum for 10, 15 and 20 years without a down payment. The company pays 50% of the monthly payment amount. Assistance is provided for the duration of the employment contract. Employees who have worked at the company's group enterprises for at least three years can apply for participation in the program, and young professionals - for at least one year. No later than one month from the date of receipt of the application, the Housing Commission reviews the employee’s application, makes a decision on whether or not to include him in the corporate mortgage program and on the possible amount of financial assistance provided to him, but not more than 65% of the annuity payment monthly.
Since the program’s launch, more than 330 employee applications for corporate mortgage lending have been approved. 96% of participants are core production personnel, of which 51% are workers, 45% are engineering and technical personnel. The average age of the participant is 34 years.
